1. Who we are, and what these Terms cover

This website, parascalar.com, is operated by RS Digital Global LLC, a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company trading as PARASCALAR ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@parascalar.com. Registered address: 30 N. Gould St., Ste. N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

By using this site, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. These Terms cover browsing the site, requesting the free Marketing Diagnostic, submitting questions, and booking calls. They do not cover paid services: if you become a client, our engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these Terms for everything it covers.

2. The website is information, not an offer

The content of this site, including service descriptions and pricing, is provided for information. It is an invitation to discuss working together, not a binding offer. No contract for services exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties. We may change the site's content, services, and pricing at any time.

3. The free Marketing Diagnostic

3.1 What it is. A free, no-obligation analysis of your business's digital presence, prepared from the information you submit and publicly available sources, and reviewed by a person before it is sent. How we handle the data involved is described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 What it is not. The diagnostic is general marketing analysis. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. You are responsible for decisions you take based on it.

3.3 Accuracy. We take care to base every finding on retrieved, verifiable information, and we flag gaps rather than fill them. But the diagnostic depends on the accuracy of what you submit and what is publicly available at the time, we cannot warrant that every external source is correct or current.

3.4 Fair use. The diagnostic is intended for businesses genuinely considering our services, normally one per business. We may decline or limit requests that appear automated, duplicative, abusive, or submitted to extract analysis for resale or for a competing service.

3.5 Your submission. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it. Please don't include sensitive personal information in free-text fields, we don't ask for it and don't need it.

4. Questions, bookings, and other interactions

FAQ submissions are answered at our discretion; we use your email only to reply, as the Privacy Policy explains. Call bookings are subject to availability and mutual confirmation. We may decline any interaction that is abusive, unlawful, or plainly outside the purpose of the site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to probe, breach, or test the security of the site or its services;
• submit forms by automated means, or attempt to circumvent our bot protection or rate limits;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the site;
• misrepresent your identity or submit another person's data without authority;
• interfere with the site's operation or other visitors' use of it.

We may suspend access and decline service where this section is breached.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content, text, design, graphics, the PARASCALAR name, wordmark and logo, belong to RS Digital Global LLC or its licensors. You may view, and print or save pages for your own internal business evaluation of our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our written permission. Diagnostic reports are provided for your business's internal use; you may share yours within your organisation and with your advisers, but not publish or resell it.

7. Third-party services and links

The site uses a small number of third-party services (for example, the booking calendar and bot protection), and may link to external sites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for. What loads, when, and what it stores is described in our Cookie Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, and we may suspend, withdraw, or change the site without notice. We are not liable for unavailability at any time.

9. Our liability for the website

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that: the site and the free diagnostic are provided without charge, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss of profit, revenue, business, or data, and for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including the diagnostic. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to €100.

If you become a client, the liability provisions of the signed services agreement apply to the engagement, not this section.

10. Consumers

These Terms do not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or varied by agreement under the law of your country of residence.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data, across this site and our business generally, is set out in our Privacy Policy. What is stored in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of the information we provide to you, but your data-protection rights arise under law, not contract.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, chosen as a neutral EU jurisdiction. This choice is made for convenience and does not imply any physical presence or permanent establishment of Parascalar in Ireland or any other jurisdiction.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of your domicile. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that apply to you.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are offered in English and Spanish. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails.
